Check-In Time: 2 pm

Check-Out Time: 11 am (Motel) 12 pm (RV)

Reservations and Payment Policy

Reservations can be made online or by phone.

The calendar opens for reservations on January 15th each year.

Payment is due when the booking reservation is made.

When making a reservation for an RV, please include the RV size in the Guest Comments section.

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. 

Pets
Pets are welcome in the RV Park as long as they are quiet, leashed, and picked up after. Limit of 2 per RV.

We have 2 pet-friendly rooms available for an extra $30 cleaning fee. Undeclared pets will be charged $50.

Pets may NOT be left in the rooms alone. Limit of 2 pets per room.

Other Policies
All rooms are non-smoking

Housekeeping will not be done each day for multiple night stays.

For stays of 4 nights or more, room will be cleaned in the middle of your stay.

Terms & Conditions

• Our RV Park is best suited for 35′ and under. This is because of width, not length. We have had over 40′ plenty of times, but slide-outs can be a challenge with our trees.

• All sites have 30 and 50 amp.

• All rooms are NON SMOKING, with a minimum $200 fee if smoke odor is left.

• There will be a charge of $20 for each towel that is taken.

• We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or their vehicles, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

• There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $30 for motel rooms and cabins. Pets are NOT to be left in the rooms without their people.

• We do not have separate tent camping, but you can rent a site for tents at the same rate. They are all gravel.

• This property is privately owned and managed, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
